"Helpful HCP resources, but navigation feels a little busy"
I mostly use merck.com when I’m looking for healthcare professional resources, and my gut feeling is that the information is solid and kept current. That said, it doesn’t always feel super intuitive to get to the exact page I need, sometimes it takes a few extra clicks. Overall, it’s a useful site, but I’d like it more if finding things felt a bit smoother

"Helpful, but I wish I’d checked it sooner"
I was looking on merck.com for side effect info, and it was easy to find most of what I needed. They explain the serious warnings in a way that doesn’t feel too overwhelming, which I appreciated. I do kind of regret not checking it earlier, because it would’ve saved me some stress. A few pages still feel a little too medical and long, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it seemed clear and transparent

"It helped a little, but not as much as I expected"
I did see some results, so I can’t say it didn’t work at all. But it was slow, and I kind of expected more based on how it was presented. It’s okay, just not exactly impressive.

"I trust them more than a lot of health sites"
I’ve known the Merck name for a long time, mostly from family prescriptions and looking up vaccine stuff here and there. Their site is straightforward, not weird or shady-looking, and with health information that matters a lot to me.
I’m not going to act like I understand every medical term or the full science behind everything, because I don’t. But they come across like a serious, established company, so when I need a basic starting point, I feel okay checking their info first.

I don’t have a ton to compare it against, but the info seemed clear and accurate when I needed it. It was straightforward and helped me out in the moment.

"Pretty clear info, but uh, finding it could be easier"
I was looking around merck.com for some company info, and overall it felt straightforward and transparent. The reports, policies, and leadership details are all there, and they’re not written in a way that’s hard to understand. A few pages did take a bit of digging to find, though, which was kind of annoying. Still, uh, compared with a lot of big company websites I’ve used, this one is definitely better than most...

"Reporting the side effect was simple"
I don’t remember every single step, but I do remember it was easy enough to report the side effect. The site worked fine overall, though it was a little slow at times.

"Privacy feels solid, but could be clearer"
I’ve used merck.com a handful of times, and overall it feels safe to me. The site loads normally, and I didn’t run into any weird popups or anything that felt sketchy... which is always a plus.
The privacy info is there, but it’s a little long and not the easiest thing to skim if you’re just trying to check something quickly. That said, it does seem like they take data security seriously.
I’d give it 4 stars because I trust the site enough, but I’d really like to see simpler privacy settings or maybe a short, plain-English summary... just something easier to digest.

There’s definitely a lot of information here, which I appreciate, but I kept trying to spot the flow or pattern from one page to the next and it didn’t always click. Some sections felt a bit scattered, so I had to reread things to understand what they were getting at. With clearer explanations and a more consistent structure, it would be much easier to follow

"Patient help info is there, but not that easy to find"
I went on merck.com, trying to find patient assistance info, and it is there, but I had to poke around more than I thought I would. A few of the pages felt a little confusing, too. Once I finally found the application details, they were okay, but it didn’t feel super simple, especially if you’re already stressed about paying for meds. Not awful, but not great, either. "Wish the login was flawless"
Most days I can get into my account without any trouble, so that part has been steady. I just wish I didn’t have to deal with the occasional hiccup, because it’s frustrating when it happens and I end up regretting relying on it at the wrong time.

I did find the medication safety pages useful, and compared to a lot of other health sites, at least the information is there. But some of the warnings were kind of confusing and took me a minute to understand. I think it would be much better if the side effects were explained in simpler, clearer language.

I don’t remember every little step I took on the site, but I do remember it being easy to get around. The pages loaded without any issues, and I found the info I was looking for without having to click through a bunch of random stuff.

"Support was really hard to get hold of"
I liked the service overall but when I needed help I felt a bit stuck because I couldn’t find many ways to contact support and kept looking around the site hoping there’d be a chat button or a clear email or something obvious and it just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Updates Could’ve Been Clearer"
I ordered something from Merck, and the delivery info was a bit all over the place. The availability showed one thing at first, so I assumed it would follow the usual pattern and ship around that timeframe, but then it changed after I’d already placed the order. I kept checking back because I wasn’t really getting clear updates. It did show up eventually, just later than I was expecting. Not a terrible experience, but definitely a little frustrating and something they could handle better.

"They actually had the vaccine"
I don’t remember every step of the process, but I do remember it was easy to find the vaccine info, and my clinic actually had it in stock. That’s the part that mattered to me. No hassle, no back-and-forth.
